Abstract:
This case provides a review of the different valuation techniques that may be used in the exercise. It also focuses on the appropriate rates for discounting purposes. The case looks at the discussions between fellow analysts as they attempt to determine the most appropriate method for valuing a firm in the fertilizer industry.
