dc.description.abstract Glaxo's product quality monitoring schedule was based on statistical testing procedures for samples taken randomly from each batch of manufactured products. Fateh Khan, a senior executive officer of the quality control department at the company, had to evaluate the production performance of the last phase of the Quality Assurance Programme for health food drinks. He chose the health drink SIP and evaluated its performance through an analysis of the records of the standard scheduled checks. en_US
