dc.description.abstract This case describes the situation of a medium-sized company which faced some problems arising from expansion in the company's territories and range of products. It allows analysis of the company's sales policies and manpower requirements and provides students an opportunity to identify certain traits required in a person for a particular position. They can then evaluate the impact of their decision on the company's performance. Consequently, students would be able to make an analysis of selection/promotion criteria and other staffing problems. en_US
