Abstract:	This note narrates the organizational structure and role of the Corporate Law Authority (CLA) as the regulatory body of the Government of Pakistan for the implementation of companies, legislation, and its function in precluding concentration of commercial and financial activity in the country. The note also underlines the importance of the Controller of Capital Issues (CCI) regarding the approval and regulation of all new issues.
