Abstract: The PC business plan was used to introduce the business plan prepared in anticipation of seeking equity or debt financing. The plan was actually prepared by the entrepreneurs themselves. The case is particularly useful if used with the case Progressive Carbons: The First 10 Years: LUMS No. 23-005-89-1. Students will be able to see how an improperly defined and evaluated opportunity worked for a few years only and then left the entrepreneur in a precarious position.
