Abstract: This case provides a sequel to case A (LUMS No. 18-013-89-2). Some of the fears of the Commanding Officer were realized after eighteen months into computerization. He had also been notified that the expense on computerization would only be justified if it was instrumental in resolving the existing drug inventory system problem. This meant planning a new phase of computerization.
