Abstract:	This case describes a real life problem faced by the management and employees of a well-run enterprise. The management and employees were unable to tackle the problem on their own and also failed to win the cooperation of the local police and the judiciary system. They eventually succumbed to the pressure of their tormentor and lost their sole bread earning source.
