| Abstract: | This case has been designed to illustrate the many operational problems faced by start-up ventures in a country where the infrastructure cannot support the needs of such firms. It underlines the determination and savvy necessary to survive in such an environment. It raises, in particular, the issue of expanding what appears to be a successful small scale operation into a major producer of quality garments. |
