dc.description.abstractAfter growing into a medium level NGO Aurat Publication and Information Service Foundation, a leading NGO in Pakistan for the empowerment of women, attempts structural reorganization. This case study consists of the views of three main parties on the issue of structural reorganization: Marion Mueller, Consultant, Nigar Ahmed (Chief Executive of Aurat Foundation and the staff of the Foundation. The case looks at results of the measures suggested by Marion Mueller for the structural reorganization of APISF in 2003. It captures the views of Nigar Ahmed and the Foundation staff about the implementation of the structural reorganization during the year 2003-2004.en_US
