A Sad Saga of Human Rights

This book relates to what is commonly known as "The Kashmir Issue". Pakistan's just stand is that India forcibly occupies the erstwhile princely state of Jammu and Kashmir, predominantly Muslim majority area. The State is a disputed territory and Pakistan is a party to this dispute. The issue is to enable the people of Jammu and Kashmir State to exercise their birth right of self determination as guaranteed in the Instrument of 1947's Great divide of the Sub-continent, as also spelt out in the subsequent UN Resolutions, implementation of which is being blatantly blocked and denied by India.
