Outdated military theory from a Cold Warrior fear-monger. For example, suggests that as government policy we stop building cities and instead spread out into the countryside to hedge against a nuclear strike. No thought for opportunity cost, macroeconomics or civil practicality. Tries to boil down complex military strategy into basic algebra. Font hurts the eyes and the prose is inelegant.
